We stand behind every product and service at The AI Docs Lab™. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

Digital Products — All Sales Final

Due to the instant-access nature of our digital products, all sales are final once a product has been delivered, downloaded, or accessed. This includes:

  • Agency PRO and all browser-based AI tools
  • AI For Everyone course materials
  • Guides, templates, and downloadable resources

We do not offer refunds on digital products simply because you changed your mind, found a cheaper alternative, or decided you no longer need the product.

Exception — Technical Issues

If you experience a verified technical issue that prevents you from accessing or using a product you purchased, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 5 business days, you may be eligible for a full refund. To request a technical refund:

  • Contact us at theaidocslab@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase
  • Include your order confirmation and a description of the technical issue
  • Allow us the opportunity to resolve the issue before a refund is issued

Done For You Services

For custom consulting and Done For You build services:

  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced
  • If a project is cancelled before work begins, a full refund of any deposit will be issued within 5 business days
  • Final payments are due upon delivery of agreed deliverables
  • Disputes regarding deliverables will be handled on a case-by-case basis

Community Membership

Free community membership on Skool carries no refund requirement. If paid tiers are introduced in the future, refund terms will be stated at the time of purchase.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under eligible circumstances, email us at theaidocslab@gmail.com with:

  • Your full name
  • Order confirmation number or email used at purchase
  • Description of the issue

We respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and provide evidence of delivery to your payment provider. We always prefer to resolve issues directly — please reach out before disputing a charge.
