Please read these Terms of Service carefully before purchasing or using any product or service from The AI Docs Lab™. By accessing our website or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About The AI Docs Lab™

The AI Docs Lab™ is owned and operated by Dr. Eric Townsend. We provide AI-powered digital tools, educational content, consulting services, and community resources designed for solo operators, small business owners, and entrepreneurs.

2. Products and Services

The AI Docs Lab™ offers the following categories of products and services:

  • Digital Products — Browser-based AI tools and applications delivered as downloadable files (e.g., Agency PRO)
  • Educational Content — Courses, guides, and instructional materials (e.g., AI For Everyone)
  • Done For You Services — Custom AI system builds and consulting delivered directly to the client
  • Community Access — Free and paid community membership via Skool

3. Purchases and Payments

All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided
  • All billing information you provide is accurate and complete
  • You will be charged the amount displayed at checkout
  • Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD)

4. Digital Product License

Upon purchase of any digital product from The AI Docs Lab™, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your own personal or business purposes. Unless you have purchased a Commercial License, you may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the product to third parties
  • Claim the product as your own original creation
  • Remove or alter any branding, copyright notices, or attribution
  • Use the product to create a competing product or service

If you have purchased a Commercial License (included with Agency PRO), you may use the product to deliver services to paying clients. The Commercial License does not permit resale of the product itself.

5. Refund Policy

Please review our separate Refund Policy page for full details on refunds and returns. In summary: due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once a product has been downloaded or accessed. Exceptions may be made at our discretion for documented technical issues.

6. Done For You Services

For Done For You consulting and build services:

  • A written agreement or scope of work will be provided before work begins
  • Payment terms will be outlined in that agreement
  • All deliverables become the property of the client upon full payment
  • Timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity and client responsiveness

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, course materials, and software — is the property of The AI Docs Lab™ and Dr. Eric Townsend, protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The AI Docs Lab™ does not warrant that our products will meet every specific business need, or that results described in our marketing materials are guaranteed for every user. Individual results will vary based on effort, experience, and business conditions.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service in question.

Members of The AI Docs Lab™ community (hosted on Skool) are expected to treat all members with respect. Harassment, spam, or abusive behavior will result in immediate removal without refund.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Utah.
